"She's a Capulet. He's a Montague. But when Romeo and Juliet first meet, they don't know they're from rival families--and when they find out, they don't care. Their love is honest and raw and allconsuming. But it's also dangerous. How much will they have to sacrifice before they can be together? In a masterful adaptation faithful to Shakespeare's original text, Gareth Hinds transports readers to the sun-washed streets and market squares of Shakespeare's...

Description
The play picks up where Henry IV, Part One left off. Its focus is on Prince Hal's journey toward kingship, and his ultimate rejection of Falstaff. However, unlike Part One, Hal's and Falstaff's stories are almost entirely separate, as the two characters meet only twice and very briefly. The tone of much of the play is elegiac, focusing on Falstaff's age and his closeness to death, which parallels that of the increasingly sick king.

"Once upon a time a young couple met and fell in love. You probably know that story, and how it ended (hint: badly). Only here's the thing: That's not how it ended at all. Romeo and Juliet are alive and well and the parents of seven kids. I'm the oldest, with the emphasis on 'old'--a certified spinster at twenty, and happy to stay that way. It's not easy to keep your taste for romance with parents like mine. Picture it--constant monologues, passionate...

To commemorate 400 years after the death of Shakespeare, we publish this illustrated version of the classic "Romeo and Juliet," a novel published in 1597 for the first time, and that has been enshrined with the past of time. The strength of the feelings represented in it has made it in one of the most advertised novels of this English author, which is still recreated in music, dance, theatre, and literature; however, there are few illustrated editions...
